The Bendoweh Foundation supports women to live dignified lives and educates the youth on their sexual and reproductive health rights.

 

We are a non-profit community based organisation and one of the first among human rights NGOs in Ghana focusing on breaking the cycle of spousal abuse.

 

Spousal abuse remains a very sensitive matter in marriages and families but can happen to anyone. Be it a doctor, teacher, or a banker. Yet the problem is often overlooked, excused or denied even by the person being abused.

 

Together we can make a difference in women and children's lives, because everyone deserves a healthy marriage.
